Overview

We want to hear from you — whether it's a suggestion, something that confused you, a bug, or something you love. Finn can send your feedback directly to our team so we can use it to improve the product.

Key points

  • In-conversation: Share feedback or report a problem while you're chatting with Finn
  • Forwarded to the team: Feedback is sent to the team (e.g. via Slack) so it doesn't get lost
  • No form required: Just tell Finn what you think — no separate feedback form needed

How to send feedback

Tell Finn you have feedback, a suggestion, or a bug report. For example:

"I have some feedback — the goals screen is confusing"

"Can you add the ability to export my transactions to CSV?"

"There's a bug: when I ask for my balance it sometimes shows the wrong account"

"I love the daily round-up, keep it up"

Finn will confirm that your message was sent to the team and thank you. You don't need to do anything else.


What we use it for

We use your feedback to:

  • Fix bugs and improve reliability
  • Prioritize features and decide what to build next
  • Improve clarity — if something is confusing, we want to fix it
  • Celebrate what works — positive feedback helps us know what to keep and expand

We don't reply to every message individually, but we read and use your input. For account-specific or urgent issues, use Support.
